This project was a winning entry in a design competition for a bold logo and identity assets for a private law firm. The brief was to create a unique logo mark of the letter 'M' - the first initial of the lawyer , Michael Serrano.

I designed a simple, bold and engaging logo with 45 deg angular line structure generating a unique M design. There are two opposite balancing elements which are the core of the design - symbolic of the balancing scale symbol of lady justice. A simple black and white color palette brought out the design forms beautifully. The thick angular line forms were used as the basis for pattern creation. The strong pattern designed as brand assets, completing the logo design, was used in stationery selectively.
